The meeting also included Mr. K.K. Yadav, IAS, Administrative Secretary, Industries & Commerce; Mr. Amit Dhaka, IAS, CEO, Invest Punjab; and Ms. Seema Bansal, Vice Chairperson, Punjab Development Commission.
Policy discussions focused on leasehold-to-freehold conversion, rationalisation of water and transfer charges, and infrastructure norms for IT development. The Hon’ble Minister assured full support in addressing these matters through suitable amendments.

It was mutually agreed to organize a GCC Conclave in collaboration with Plaksha University in January 2026, aimed at further strengthening Mohali’s position as a premier IT and GCC destination.
